- All the courses are foreign courses and hence do not fall under the purview of Indian Regulatory Authorities like Medical Council of India (MCI) or UGC.
- Medical Council of India (MCI) does not regulate foreign courses and has no jurisdiction over foreign colleges especially when the student did not ask for registration. Similarly, MCI has no jurisdiction over any degrees obtained by the student who goes outside of India and then returns back and practices medicine in India.
- No authority can bar anybody from displaying any qualifications. Everybody is allowed to display certificates/diplomas and memberships/honors which confer professional knowledge or recognizes any exemplary qualifications/achievements.
